How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
Step 1: Access your profile
1. Start by logging into your Artscapy account if you aren't already logged in.
Step 2: Locate your profile icon
1. Look for your profile icon or avatar at the top-right corner of the page. It's usually a small image representing your account.
Step 3: Open the drop-down menu
1. Click on your profile icon to open a drop-down menu with several options. Click on "Settings".
Step 4: Choose "Memberships" or click on Membership
1. In the drop-down menu, find and click on the "Memberships" option. This action will take you to the memberships page.
Why should I buy a membership?
It's a great idea to buy a membership if you would like to have access to all of the premium features of Artscapy. You can view details all of our membership levels here: Membership
I don't want all the membership features. Is it possible to select and pay just for the features I need?
You can buy only Art Valuation service without subscribing. You can view the features here: Membership
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time by clicking on the Membership. All changes come into effect from your next billing date.
Can I cancel my membership? How?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at anytime by contacting us on info@artscapy.com.
I've cancelled my membership. Will I get a refund of my last payment?
No, any changes made to your account will come into effect from your next billing date. This means that you have access to all the features that your current membership provides until this time
Please choose the correct option KYC/KYB. Fill the email if you are going with KYC. Fill company name and email if you are going with KYB. Press continue button to generate the verifivation email.
