What is Artscapy?


Artscapy is the wealth management and alternative investment platform for everything related to fine art. Artscapy is the home of the world’s first Art Account, collection management, insurance, art valuations, brokerage, selling art and more.

Artscapy offers complimentary art advisory services to whom wants to learn more about the opportunities that investing in art opens.


What are the free features on Artscapy?

General access to the Artscapy platform is free. The Standard free membership gives you access to a whole host of features to cover most of your early needs as an art collector and investor. These include a collection management system in which you can upload up to 10 artworks, as well as access the latest curated content and ways to securely share your collection with selected connections and friends.

Do you have any rules for being an Artscapy member?

At Artscapy we don't impose any strict rules. The platform exists for art enthusiasts to come together, connect, share ideas, and explore art in a positive and engaging environment.

We have a very simple request for you, which is to please stay on topic, respect other people’s opinions, avoid profanity, offensive statements, illegal content, and anything else that might otherwise violate our standard Terms of Use. You may disagree with an idea, but please be respectful of others at all times.

Who can join?

I am an artist. Can I join and sell my artworks?

Artscapy does not represent artists, and at this stage we do not allow individual artists to promote and sell their work on our platform. However, if you are an artist and just want to discuss art and create connections with other like-minded art lovers, you are in the right place. Click here to create your account.


I am not a collector. Can I still join?

Whether you're an Instagram-scroller, gallery-crawler, or Goldsmiths-graduate, you can fuel your art passion at Artscapy. What's more, with the added benefit of our collection management system, you can view and manage any art you own, be it a single artwork or hundreds of them. No more messy spreadsheets. Just a clear, easy overview.


I am a gallery/museum/art institution. Can I join?

Yes! Artscapy has opened up dedicated professional profiles with bespoke features just for you. If you are interested in joining, please send an email to and we can let you know more about joining Artscapy as a professional.


Why collectors account?

- Collectors have the opportunity to sell artwork from their personal collections on our platform, subject to a diligent review process conducted by our team.

Why artist account?

Artists on our platform are primarily focused on managing their artwork, connecting with other artists and art enthusiasts, building their artistic portfolios and buying artworks to expand their collection. However, they can't directly sell their own artworks through our platform.

What access do Third Parties have to my information?

We work with the following third parties and share your personal information with them to help us deliver the best possible service to you:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)), a secure cloud services platform. See .
- PayPal, a payment platform that allows our business to make and receive payments over the Internet. See T
- Mailchimp, our email campaign service provider, to keep you up to date with Artscapy news. Mailchimp has certified its agreement to the EU/US Privacy Shield. See
- UNA, a full-stack software platform for building the Artscapy website. See
- Business partners, galleries, third party art dealers, consultants, and other art-related professional services for the provision of Artscapy’s service to you.
- Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our app.

How does Artscapy protect my data?

The personal information that we collect from you is stored on secure cloud servers and any payment transactions are encrypted.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our website; any transmission is undertaken at your own risk. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed.
