At Artscapy we are obsessed with delivering a great product, which is our unique IP. We are looking for a talented and driven person to become our Product Manager who will be responsible for bringing our product verticals to a new level, and therefore, looking after the product strategy, lifecycle and rollout. As our Product Manager, you’ll lead the formalisation and implementation of new product requirements for the Artscapy platform, so as to deliver the best experience for our users. You must be a self-starter, who is happy to work as part of a wider team.

Considering the complexity of our product and the future development of the platform, ecommerce or marketplace background experience is a must. Finally, given our focus on art, and specifically contemporary, urban, and street art, it’s important this is a shared interest. If you are an enthusiastic, tech and digital savvy person with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and attention to detail, we look forward to hearing from you!

What you will do:
  • Own the product agenda, define the requirements and ensure that the delivered product meets the standard
  • Propose new product modules and features that should be developed and deliver end-to-end proposals that incorporate market and competitor insights, initial user flows, and technical requirements.
  • Produce technical product descriptions and epics to drive the product development process
  • Produce user flows for new product features to support UX and UI development, placing emphasis on optimising the user experience and site navigation
  • Liaise with the team to develop and deliver the product roadmap
  • Prepare regular reports about product use and revenue predictions, as well as track results
  • Gather customer feedback to determine ways to improve the product
  • Keep abreast - and ahead - of industry competitors and their product developments
What we look for:
  • You have a degree in Business Administration or Art, or other relevant
  • You have minimum 4-5 years prior experience in a product owner/manager role and a proven success track record with demonstrable results
  • Experience with online marketplaces or ecommerce is a must

Our comprehensive platform hosts features for our users to form worldwide connections and engage in curated discussions, discover art trends, refine or start a collection, and other key features for art lovers and professionals alike. Our aim is to support the digital transformation of the art world, and to do that we need to be delivering the best online user experience, making this role vital to achieving that goal.
We are looking for a dynamic developer who will work with the Technical Lead to design, build and support our current platform and future projects.
You will be working across Web, Social media, Blockchain and eCommerce primarily on a LAMP stack but also Lambda and other AWS services are involved. Given our focus on art, and specifically contemporary, urban, and street art, it’s important this is a shared interest. You’ll work closely with the founders and core team to deliver an exciting digital product, so this is a great opportunity to get exposure to enthusiastic and friendly entrepreneurs and grow your skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support our web products and infrastructure
  • Work with the team to provide technical solutions for new business requirements
  • Test and debug software updates and expansions to the platform
  • Ensure code is written to a high standard and is well documented
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with PHP application development
  • Good understanding of MySQL
  • HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • API experience with integrations/interfaces
  • Experience of using analytics
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written
  • Framework experience such as Drupal, Symfony, React would be a bonus

As our CRM Specialist, you’ll lead the implementation of a new CRM and ESP system and you will be responsible for building and executing the CRM strategy for Artscapy. You must be a self-starter, who is happy to work as part of a wider team. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the founders and core team to launch initiatives and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues for the platform. What you will do:
  • Manage the CRM strategy and execution across all channels, including personalised, triggered programmes and targeted email programmes
  • Work with the founders to select the CRM & ESP platform, ensuring it works seamlessly across the business and captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle
  • Plan and optimise retention strategies
  • Develop the segmentation strategy and the life cycle mapping to deliver more targeted and personalised campaigns and digital communications
  • Define the customer journey, the channels to use, the triggers and the touchpoints of engagement with the different segments.
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value
  • Identify new leads and target audiences to optimise ROI, developing new and innovative ways to enhance the customer experience
  • Produce detailed analysis, defining, managing and reporting on KPIs to evaluate performance and reporting on email marketing performance weekly
