Daniel Schine Lee’s ⴰⵣⵉⵎⴰⵜ - اليسار - Left - Sinistra - 左 - Gauche - 좌 [Ref. Left] and ⴰⵢⴼⴰⵙ - اليمين - Right - Destra - 右 - Droite - 우 [Ref. Right] ALLSTAR_T_Shirts is an invitation for the audience to get involved. Each editions will consist of seven designs (logos) that would be downloadable as an ‘.ai’ Illustrator format and ready to be printed or modified according to individuals’ requirements. Lee is interested in the human interpretation of the left/ right, A-Side/ B-Side relationship whether geographical, political or on vinyl. The artist was keen to express the necessity of balance; where the political, religious, and gender dispute is perpetrated by people from the far division. As a minor protest from the realm of art, the artist attempt to deliver both ‘Left’ and ‘Right’ as digital prints or alterable image files on an Illustrator. At the previous NFT launch event, the artist released ‘Unfinished Symphony EP’ as both a download and a vinyl. The 7” plate consisted of an ambient leftfield sound track on the A-Side ⴰⵣⵉⵎⴰⵜ - اليسار - Left - Sinistra - 左 - Gauche - 좌 [Ref. Left] and a funky disco track on the B-Side ⴰⵢⴼⴰⵙ - اليمين - Right - Destra - 右 - Droite - 우 [Ref. Right]. The words ‘left and right’ were spoken in 7 different languages — Amazigh - Arabic - English - Italian - Japanese - French - Korean — by Firyal Eom, a multilingualist, and co-produced by Daniel Schine Lee and Joon Han on guitar and bass. The EP was also encouraged to be remixed, and each sound tracks were composed in a minimal fashion, making it much more accessible to sample.
