Location: London
Type: Full-time
Department: Founders' Office
Start date: As soon as possible
Compensation: Competitive, depending on experience

Artscapy is the award-winning wealth management company making art a liquid, bankable asset.

Our Art Account is a first-of-its-kind digital platform helping 15k+ collectors manage, value, protect and unlock liquidity from their art portfolios. We operate at the intersection of art, finance and technology, combining portfolio management, valuations, advisory, insurance, art-backed lending and trading into one trusted platform for collectors.

We're now looking for an exceptional Founder's Associate to work directly with the two founders and help drive execution across the business.

This is a high-trust, high-exposure role for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing company is built from the inside. You will sit at the centre of the business, supporting the founders across finance, investor relations, commercial operations, partnerships, internal reporting, HR administration and special projects.

Your mission: help the founders move faster, stay focused and execute better.

This is not a passive support role. We're looking for someone highly organised, commercially minded and analytically sharp – someone who can create structure, spot gaps, follow through relentlessly and turn founder intent into operational reality.

What you'll do
  • Give the founders leverage: help manage priorities, deadlines, follow-ups, inboxes, briefing notes, meeting preparation, action trackers and key decisions across the business.
  • Support finance and reporting: issue invoices, track payments and confirmations, maintain internal sales and revenue tracking, review payables, support cash visibility and liaise with our external accountant.
  • Bridge finance, sales and operations: help ensure clean communication between finance, sales, post-sales and commercial operations, especially around payment collection, revenue tracking and internal reporting.
  • Support investor relations: help manage investor queries, shareholder administration, investor updates, fundraising materials, board preparation and ongoing stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with commercial operations: act as a second line of support on commercial operations questions, especially where issues require founder visibility or cross-functional coordination.
  • Support during VP Commercial Ops maternity leave: provide additional operational cover, help maintain commercial rhythm and ensure important commercial workflows continue moving.
  • Prepare commercial materials: support presentations, partnership proposals, client-facing content, commercial analysis and internal decision-making materials.
  • Help drive partnerships forward: track next steps, coordinate stakeholders, review commercial agreements and make sure important opportunities do not lose momentum.
  • Support team and HR administration: assist with payroll preparation, employee administration, benefits, onboarding, internal documentation and ad hoc hiring support.
  • Own special projects: bring structure to ambiguous problems, identify bottlenecks, improve internal processes and support cross-functional projects across finance, commercial, product, marketing, operations and investor relations.
What we're looking for
  • 3–5 years' experience in a fast-paced environment such as startups, consulting, finance, operations, commercial strategy, or a high-growth business.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability, with comfort working with financial information, spreadsheets, commercial data and KPIs.
  • Experience and passion in art, luxury, fintech, alternative assets, private markets or the wider investment ecosystem — art specifically would be a big, big plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear emails, updates, notes, presentations and investor-facing materials.
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and follow-through - you do not let things fall through the cracks, while never losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to understand priorities across sales, finance, partnerships and investor relations.
  • High discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial, investor, employee and commercial information.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently, make progress even when a task is ambiguous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and willingness to get stuck into whatever the business needs.
Big plus
  • Experience in a founder's office, Chief of Staff, operations, finance, investor relations, commercial operations or startup generalist role.
  • Familiarity with accounting processes, invoicing, sales tracking, payroll or management reporting.
  • Experience preparing investor updates, pitch decks, board materials or commercial presentations.
  • Experience using AI (specifically OpenAI and Perplexity) and tools such as Excel / Google Sheets, Notion, Asana or other CRM / project management systems.
  • Understanding of commercial agreements, partnership structures or basic legal documentation.
What we provide
  • Direct exposure to the founders and leadership team of a fast-growing art-tech and fintech business.
  • A broad, high-impact role with visibility across finance, investor relations, commercial operations, partnerships and strategy.
  • The opportunity to learn how a venture-backed company scales from the inside.
  • Significant ownership and room to grow into a more senior operations, commercial, finance, investor relations or Chief of Staff-style role.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Flexible working.
  • A collaborative, ambitious and entrepreneurial team environment.
  • The chance to help build a category-defining company at the intersection of art, finance and technology.
