Aly Helyer

Aly Helyer (b. 1973, London, UK) is a British artist who lives and works in London. She is known for her distinctive and emotionally charged figurative paintings and works on paper, which often feature expressive, fragmented human forms. Working primarily in oil and ink, Helyer’s practice explores psychological states, mythology, and the human condition, drawing on influences ranging from classical art to outsider and surrealist traditions.
